Riello UPS announces its partnership with Team Aruba.it Racing - Ducati for the 2019 World Superbike Championship. The agreement sees Riello UPS join forces with two other ‘Made in Italy’ companies, Aruba and Ducati, to forge a close-knit and productive team that will aim to deliver results of absolute excellence.
The partnership achieved immediate success during the inaugural weekend of the 2019 World Superbike Championship at Phillip Island (Australia) with the team dominating proceedings thanks to 34-year-old Spanish rider Álvaro Bautista, who won all three scheduled races, triumphing in Saturday’s Race 1 along with the “Superpole Race” and Race 2 on Sunday.
The World Superbike Championship 2019, with its extraordinary popularity and great technological know-how, is a fantastic opportunity to showcase the expertise of companies such as Riello UPS, who continually face challenges with sophisticated technological content on the big international stages.
"We like to apply the Riello UPS philosophy of continuous research, collaboration, and teamwork in our external partnerships" - said Pierantonio Riello, President of Riello Elettronica - "this is why we’ve teamed up with leading technology companies such as Aruba – Ducati in Superbikes and Audi in Formula E, partnerships which create synergies that improve brand reputation and achieve important milestones." concludes Pierantonio Riello.
Next round of the 2019 World Superbike Championship will take place from 15 to 17 March in Buriram, Thailand. Follow with us the championship and Aruba.it Racing Team - Ducati composed, besides the fierce Álvaro Bautista, by the very strong Chaz Davies.
